AFSP is seeking a Programs Manager to oversee program delivery across a North Carolina service area, reporting to an Executive Director or Area Director. This is a remote, grant-funded role focused on youth mental health, coordinating prevention, education, loss and healing, and research connection programs with volunteers.

You will recruit and train volunteers, track program impact, work with national teams, and expand outreach to diverse communities.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree required; 2+ years in community outreach, program coordination or nonprofit work.
• Experience recruiting and training volunteers.
• Experience working with diverse populations and partners.
• Technology literacy to work remotely and present virtually.

Responsabilidades

• Increase program delivery based on supervisor goals and plan, manage volunteers.
• Travel regularly within service area for trainings, presentations, and events.
• Track program impact and reach; communicate results to stakeholders.
• Develop budgets, coordinate with vendors and venues for program events.
• Recruit, train, and supervise volunteers to deliver AFSP programs.
