ABFE is seeking a Program Manager, Programs to support professional development and learning initiatives from a remote setting. You will oversee the Gladys K.

Washington Connecting Leaders Fellowship Program, annual conference planning, webinars, and special projects, ensuring timely delivery and strong stakeholder coordination. The role requires 4–6 years of nonprofit program management, plus experience with project management tools (Asana, CRM), budgeting, and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and professional experience.
• Four to six years of progressively responsible nonprofit program management experience.
• Strong planning, facilitation, reporting, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage consultants, vendors, and external partners.

Responsabilidades

• Manage program timelines, deliverables, and budgets across ABFE’s programs and learning initiatives.
• Coordinate conferences, webinars, fellowships, and learning opportunities.
• Prepare quarterly program reports and support program evaluation.
• Review invoices and expense documentation with Finance for accurate reporting.
• Coordinate program communications and website content related to learning initiatives and events.
