Qualifications

• AA/AS or equivalent work experience, or a combination of both.
• Minimum of two (2) + years of related work experience in a fast-paced administrative role managing multiple projects.
• Familiarity with the Community College system and registered apprenticeship a plus.

Responsibilities

• Promote smooth and efficient registered apprenticeship program implementation and development by collaborating across departments and external partners.
• Maintain proper documentation of participants with confidentiality; enroll participants into programs and manage data and reports.
• Provide meeting and conference logistical support: scheduling, agendas, minutes, and distribution of documents.
