Job summary

FoundationCCC is seeking a Programs Coordinator for the LAUNCH Network, supporting work-based learning and registered apprenticeship programs across California. The role focuses on administrative and operational duties, participant data management, and cross-functional collaboration with educators, employers, and funders.

Remote within California is available, with Inland Empire preferred. Candidates should have 2+ years of administrative experience and familiarity with higher education

Qualifications

• AA/AS or equivalent education is required or preferred.
• At least 2 years of related work experience in a fast-paced administrative role managing multiple projects.
• Experience in an education or non-profit environment is preferred.
• Familiarity with the Community College system and registered apprenticeship is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and operational support across the LAUNCH Apprenticeship Network.
• Enroll participants into programs and manage participant data and confidentiality.
• Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, take and distribute minutes, and support logistics.
