Job summary

FoundationCCC seeks a Specialist, Pre-Apprenticeship to lead the design, development, and delivery of pre-apprenticeship and work-based learning initiatives within the LAUNCH Apprenticeship Network. You will collaborate with the Chancellor’s Office, districts, employers, and internal teams to drive impactful program outcomes.

The role emphasizes project coordination, stakeholder engagement, and data-driven reporting, with remote work opportunities statewide.

Qualifications

• BA/BS or equivalent work experience required.
• Minimum 3+ years in workforce development or apprenticeship/pre-apprenticeship.
• Minimum 2+ years in education or nonprofit environment.
• Strong project management, facilitation, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support design, implementation, and continuous improvement of pre-apprenticeship and work-based learning initiatives.
• Coordinate with Chancellor’s Office, K-12 districts, COEs, community colleges, employers, and workforce agencies.
• Ensure programs align with state requirements and maintain training-provider agreements.
• Track deliverables, assist with grant-funded projects, and ensure compliance.
• Develop marketing collateral, toolkits, resources, and support data collection and reporting.
