Job summary

FoundationCCC is seeking a Programs Coordinator for the LAUNCH Apprenticeship Network in California. The role supports project management and administration across partners, employers, and educational institutions, focusing on registered apprenticeship and work-based learning.

You will handle documentation, enrollment, data tracking, meeting logistics, and minutes, contributing to a remote-first, mission-driven environment with growth opportunities in a nonprofit education setting.

Qualifications

• AA/AS or equivalent work experience required or combined with related roles.
• Minimum of two+ years in a fast-paced administrative role managing multiple projects.
• Public/non-profit or education sector experience is a plus.
• Familiarity with the California Community College system is beneficial.
• Strong written and verbal communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Promote smooth apprenticeship program implementation by coordinating cross-functionally.
• Maintain confidential participant records and enroll participants into programs.
• Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, track progress, and prepare minutes.
• Provide logistics support for meetings and events, including distribution lists.
