Job summary

Jack Henry & Associates, Inc. is seeking a Programmer Analyst for its Implementation Team to support SilverLake and 20/20 platforms. You will transform customer data, debug code, and enhance core processing software. This role requires frequent travel to client sites and an on-site onboarding as needed.

The position emphasizes hands-on coding, communication with customers, and end-to-end involvement from installation to optimization. Remote work with travel near client locations is expected.

Qualifications

• 18+ months of programming experience.
• Willing to travel 50% for software implementations (up to two trips per month).
• Ability to work extended hours including nights and weekends during installations.

Responsibilities

• Develop programming code for new and existing software enhancements.
• Devise block diagrams, logic procedures and flowcharts.
• Troubleshoot and debug existing code.
• Test code and fixes to ensure quality.
• Develop conversion and system implementation plans; deploy code and fixes.
• Provide programming support for various interfaces.
• Keep customers informed of improvements and issues; advise on process improvements.
• Create programming documentation and define system/functional requirements.
• Interact with customers to gather system requirements; assist with bids/estimates.
