Ethos is seeking an experienced Program Director to help train our AI language model on professional presentation tasks. You will oversee cross-functional programs, manage reporting cadences, and craft high-quality executive decks and status reports with a keen eye for detail.

The role is fully remote, part-time (5–20 hours per week) with ASAP start. Ideal candidates have 5+ years in PMO leadership and strong PowerPoint skills to drive precision in communications.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in program management or PMO leadership at a significant company.
• Ownership of a steering committee or executive reporting cadence.
• Expert-level PowerPoint and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated presentations and slide decks across core workflows.
• Maintain reporting cadence to steering committees and executives.
