Job summary

Coyne & Associates Education Corp. is seeking a Hybrid BCBA Program Supervisor to supervise in-home sessions and provide remote guidance. You will balance field visits with remote oversight, supporting technicians and families to drive meaningful progress.

Candidates should hold BCBA certification, have supervisory experience, and be prepared for DOJ/FBI checks, TB/BLS compliance, and HIPAA adherence. Training and mentorship are ongoing, with competitive benefits and scheduling support.

Qualifications

• Must hold BCBA certification and be in good standing with BACB.
• Minimum 1 year supervisory experience preferred, especially with kids on the spectrum.
• Transcript showing Master’s degree and BCBA certification required.
• Willing to submit fingerprints for DOJ/FBI clearance; TB test and BLS up-to-date.
• Adhere to HIPAA and related safety, hiring and discrimination laws.

Responsibilities

• Provide remote and in-person supervision for BCBA technicians.
• Maintain a manageable caseload with 110 billable standard.
• Coordinate scheduling with the dedicated scheduling team.
• Lead monthly team meetings and mentoring.
