Job summary

Family Service of Rhode Island seeks a licensed clinical supervisor to oversee intensive service programs and coordinate care with Designated Collaborating Organizations. You will conduct crisis assessments, provide brief treatment, and offer on-call emergency services while promoting a trauma-informed, family-centered approach.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in human services required.
• RI license as Social Worker, Therapist or Mental Health Counselor required.
• Clinical supervision experience preferred.
• Proficiency in professional writing.
• Spanish speaking preferred.
• Bilingual/ASL skills compensated.
• Ability to travel to client residences and office locations.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical oversight of intensive service programs and coordination with Designated Collaborating Organizations (DCO).
• Coordinate client care for clients accessing DCO services.
• Conduct crisis assessments, brief treatment and consultations as needed.
• Participate in on-call emergency services.
• Conduct clinical training as necessary.
• Support a trauma-informed, client and family-centered philosophy of care.
