Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Social Work from an accredited college and Texas LCSW licensure.
• Master’s Degree in Psychology, Counseling or related field with Texas LPC or LMFT licensure.
• Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills.
• Willingness to work as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical supervision and guidance to assigned staff.
• Monitor clinical practice and staff development.
• Ensure services are delivered within scope of practice and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with clinical and administrative leadership to coordinate care across eight counties.
