Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Graduate degree in social work, psychology, criminal justice, sociology or related field.
• 2 years related experience and/or training with children/young adults with complex trauma histories, including supervisory experience.
• Bilingual ability in Spanish.
• Pass pre-employment and random drug screens.
• Provide proof of work eligibility status.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate across regions to coordinate referrals and documentation for the assigned service population.
• Facilitate regional community meetings and draft MOUs and protocols; provide trainings to partner agencies.
• As a CSE-IT Super Trainer, support training sessions for internal staff and external community partners.
• Supervise and guide staff to ensure quality, create service plans, and maintain client contact.
• Make critical decisions affecting client safety and permanency in consultation with the Program Director.
