Job summary

Mothers Against Drunk Driving (MADD) in Tampa, FL seeks a program coordinator to organize and implement underage drinking and drunk driving prevention programs. The role is remote with residency required in the Tampa area.

Salary is $50,000 annually, with responsibilities spanning program administration, outreach, volunteer management, and fundraising support. Responsibilities include designing events, coordinating trainings, maintaining data collection, and reporting on grant outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Services or related field.
• 1–2 years’ experience with community awareness, education, partnerships and youth programs in community health.
• Previous experience with grant administration is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Develop and design events to meet program objectives and market to community agencies.
• Manage implementation and logistics of prevention programs at state and local levels.
• Organize orientation meetings, facilitator trainings, and parent/student workshops.
• Source and recruit volunteers; provide training and coaching to volunteers and staff.
• Coordinate logistics for MADD events and ensure brand consistency.
• Support fundraising activities and donor outreach as needed.
