Job summary

MADD in Wisconsin seeks a program administrator to organize and implement core and supplemental underage drinking and drunk driving prevention programs at the State and Local levels. You will manage grant reporting, performance objectives, and ensure adherence to policies; fundraising experience may become a focus.

This is a remote position based in Wisconsin with an annual salary of $50,000. Travel of 40% is required, and excellent program and stakeholder coordination will be essential as the

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field such as Human Services.
• 1–2 years’ experience in community awareness, education, partnership and youth programs.
• Travel and flexible hours are required.
• Non-Profit Fundraising experience preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and with others.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, Outlook and data entry.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement prevention programs for underage drinking and drunk driving at state and local levels.
• Coordinate training programs and facilitate facilitator trainings and parent/student workshops.
• Organize orientation and evaluation meetings and recruit volunteers.
• Maintain data tracking, grant reporting, and program evaluation measures.
• Ensure adherence to grant policies and program directives and report progress.
