Zusammenfassung

Mothers Against Drunk Driving (MADD) is seeking a part-time remote program assistant, based in the Tampa area, to design and implement alcohol-related prevention initiatives. You will coordinate outreach, manage volunteers, and track program outcomes to meet grant objectives.

The role requires 1–2 years in community health programs, strong communication, and proficiency with Excel, Word, and Outlook. Travel up to 25% may be required.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in related field such as Human Services or equivalent experience.
• 1–2 years’ experience with community awareness, education, partnership and youth programs; grant administration helpful.
• Travel and flexible hours required.
• Strong organizational skills and detail orientation to manage multiple projects in high-volume environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
• Ability to work independently and with others; maintain professionalism.
• Must meet deadlines and follow instructions.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Computer skills with Excel, Word, Outlook and data entry; basic record keeping and math.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.

Aufgaben

• Develop events and market outreach to meet grant objectives.
• Design and deliver training programs at state and local levels.
• Organize orientation, evaluation, facilitator training, and workshops.
• Recruit volunteers and provide training and coaching.
• Track program results, financial reports, and evaluations.
• Support national program evaluation measures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
