Job summary

The American Red Cross is seeking a professional, detail-oriented Program Manager to support volunteer workforce engagement across SAF/ISD and Corporate Departments. This fully remote role serves as the primary relationship manager for an assigned portfolio, coordinating with program managers and stakeholders to recruit and engage volunteers in support of mission objectives.

Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, at least 5 years of related experience, and strong communication

• Minimum 5 years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and related experience required.
• Intermediate-level proficiency with MS Office software, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary relationship manager for an assigned portfolio of SAF/ISD and Corporate Departments.
• Build and maintain relationships with program managers, department stakeholders, Volunteer Services teams, and cross-functional partners.
• Consult with departments to identify workforce needs and determine volunteer engagement and recruitment strategies.
• Coordinate communications, meetings, briefings, presentations, and stakeholder updates.
• Pull, analyze, and interpret volunteer workforce data to support decision-making and workforce discussions.
