Job summary

Mindoula Health Inc. is seeking a Program Manager to lead a remote team of Therapists and Care Extenders, developing personalized care plans to improve member outcomes for health plan partners.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in behavioral health from an accredited university.
• Independent clinical behavioral health license in Nevada (LCSW, CPC, LMFT, Psychologist).
• Experience leading, building and implementing programs and delivering outcomes.
• Health Coaching or Medical Social Work experience preferred.
• Experience with suicide prevention and crisis in adolescent/young adult populations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Act as player/coach, supporting Therapists and Care Extenders to build skills and support members in challenging situations.
• Create service plans using screenings, data, and community resources to guide members.
• Encourage members to participate in work, social, or therapeutic activities to develop skills.
• Educate members about illness, treatments, and available resources.
• Monitor progress against measurable goals described in care plans.
• Lead enrollment activities to build or maintain the program market and ensure KPIs are met.
• Coordinate with health plan partners and ensure accurate documentation and reporting.
