Job summary

Mindoula Health Inc. is seeking a Therapist for the Med-Psych Management Program (MPMP). This 100% remote role conducts biopsychosocial assessments, individual and group teletherapy, and collaborates with an integrated care team to coordinate across treatment settings.

You will manage a caseload, perform monthly risk stratification, document in DAP format, and engage caregivers and community resources. Nevada-licensed clinicians with 2+ years of adult behavioral health experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree required in psychology, social work, or other behavioral health discipline.
• Licensure: NV DOH independent behavioral health license (LCSW, CPC, LMFT)
• 2+ years of direct experience with adults in behavioral health

Responsibilities

• Deliver individual and group teletherapy using evidence-based modalities (CBT, DBT, Motivational Interviewing, trauma-informed care).
• Lead clinical risk stratification and adjust treatment plans based on acuity and readiness.
• Coordinate with Care Team to address medical, behavioral, and social needs.
• Maintain high-integrity documentation (DAP) within 24 hours; complete billing for services.
• Provide crisis management and escalation as licensed clinical lead.
