Job summary

Mindoula Health Inc seeks a licensed Therapist for the Interpersonal Violence Reduction Program (IVRP) to provide biopsychosocial assessments, individual and group teletherapy, and care coordination within an integrated care team. This remote role requires strong documentation and adherence to Medicaid standards.

Deliver evidence-based psychotherapy (CBT, DBT, Motivational Interviewing) and engage in crisis management, ensuring timely notes and coordinated care for adults with complex needs.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in psychology, social work, or related behavioral health required.
• NV DOH independent behavioral health license (LCSW/CPC/LMFT) required or eligible.
• Two+ years of direct experience with adults in behavioral health.
• Experience with severe mental illness.
• Knowledge of local resources, social determinants of health, and Medicaid practices.

Responsibilities

• Provide teletherapy to IVRP members using evidence-based modalities (CBT, DBT, MI, trauma-informed care).
• Lead clinical risk stratification and adjust treatment plans based on acuity and readiness.
• Coordinate care with Care Team and Care Extender to address medical and social needs.
• Serve as licensed clinical escalation point for crisis management and safety planning.
• Maintain timely, high-integrity documentation in the EMR within 24 hours.
• Engage members across multiple platforms to enhance engagement and adherence.
