Job summary

Mindoula Health seeks a Therapist for the Med-Psych Management Program (MPMP). The role focuses on biopsychosocial assessments, individual and group teletherapy, and coordinating care within an integrated team.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in psychology, social work, or related behavioral health discipline from an accredited college or university.
• Current Nevada DOH independent behavioral health license (LCSW, CPC, or LMFT) or eligibility.
• Two or more years of direct experience working with adults in the behavioral health field.
• Experience with severe mental illness.
• Knowledge of local resources, social determinants of health, mental health, substance use disorders, interpersonal violence, and social issues.
• Familiarity with Medicare or Medicaid practices preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide teletherapy and biopsychosocial assessments within the MPMP framework.
• Lead clinical risk stratification and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Collaborate with an integrated care team to address medical, behavioral, and social needs.
• Serve as the licensed clinical escalation point for crisis management and safety planning.
• Maintain timely, high-integrity documentation (DAP) reflecting interventions and coordination.
• Engage members via multi-platform technology to sustain high-frequency engagement.
• Track panel metrics and participate in population registry management.
• Mentor and/or assist incoming therapists when applicable.
• Deliver evidence-based psychotherapy to improve clinical and functional outcomes.
