Job summary

Mindoula Health Inc. is seeking a licensed therapist for the Med-Psych Management Program (MPMP) to deliver teletherapy and assessments remotely in the US.

You will work with an integrated care team to coordinate care for adults with complex needs using evidence-based therapies such as CBT, DBT, Motivational Interviewing, and trauma-informed approaches. You will lead risk stratification, adjust treatment plans, and ensure timely documentation.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in psychology, social work, or related behavioral health field required.
• NV DOH independent behavioral health license or eligibility (LCSW/CPC/LMFT) preferred.
• Two+ years of direct experience working with adults in behavioral health.
• Experience with severe mental illness.
• Knowledge of local resources and social determinants of health; familiarity with Medicare/Medicaid preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide biopsychosocial assessments and individual/group therapy.
• Deliver high-quality teletherapy using CBT/DBT/ Motivational Interviewing and trauma-informed care.
• Lead Clinical Risk Stratification and adjust treatment plans.
• Collaborate within an Integrated Care Team with Care Extender and clinical lead.
• Execute crisis management, risk assessments, safety planning and crisis stabilization.
• Maintain timely whole-person documentation in DAP format for Medicaid standards.
• Drive multimodal member engagement via video, secure messaging, and digital content.
• Participate in panel management and population registry oversight.
• Engage caregivers and support systems to build home/community-based networks.
• Complete and maintain clinical notes within 24 hours of service.
