Mindoula seeks a Program Manager to lead a remote care team of Therapists and Care Extenders, delivering programs and outcomes for health plan partners. Qualifications

• Master's degree in behavioral health, social work or health care management from an accredited university required.
• An independent clinical behavioral health license in the state of Nevada is required. Eligible licenses include:
• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
• Clinical Professional Counselor (CPC)
• Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
• Licensed Psychologist
• Experience leading, building and implementing programs and delivering outcomes.
• Experience with Health Coaching or Medical Social Work preferred.
• Experience with suicide prevention and crisis in the adolescent and young adult population, asf well as sever mental illness population preferred
• Experience managing interdisciplinary care teams preferred

Responsibilities

• Act as a player/coach, working alongside Therapists and Care Extenders to build their skills and support members.
• Create service plans using all available information about the member and guide development of skills and strategies.
• Educate members about health conditions, resources, and crisis prevention.
• Monitor and document members’ progress against measurable goals.
• Lead enrollment activities to build or maintain market cohorts as needed.
• Ensure program KPIs are met and coaching is provided to maintain high performance.
• Perform routine documentation reviews for quality and training purposes.
• Collaborate with billing to review claims reflecting services provided.
