Job summary

Mindoula Health Inc seeks a Therapist for the Med-Psych Management Program (MPMP) to deliver teletherapy with individuals and groups, using CBT, DBT, Motivational Interviewing, and trauma-informed approaches. You will lead risk assessments and adjust treatment plans within an integrated care team.

The role requires a Master’s in a behavioral health field and an NV DOH independent license (LCSW/CPC/LMFT) with 2+ years of experience.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in psychology, social work, or related behavioral health field required.
• NV DOH independent behavioral health license (LCSW, CPC or LMFT) required; eligible licenses listed.
• Two+ years of direct experience with adults in behavioral health.
• Knowledge of local resources, social determinants of health, and related topics.
• Familiarity with Medicare or Medicaid practices preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based psychotherapy (individual and group) via teletherapy.
• Lead clinical risk stratification and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Coordinate care within an integrated team and manage crisis escalation.
• Complete high-integrity documentation (DAP) within 24 hours.
• Engage members with multimodal outreach and maintain engagement.
