Job summary

Mindoula Health Inc. seeks a licensed behavioral health professional to provide remote therapy within the Interpersonal Violence Reduction Program (IVRP).

You will conduct biopsychosocial assessments, deliver individual and group teletherapy, and coordinate care across settings with an integrated team. Responsibilities include risk stratification, crisis management, timely documentation, and ongoing engagement with members using CBT/DBT and trauma-informed approaches.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a behavioral health discipline is required.
• Licensure with NV DOH independent behavioral health license is required or eligible.
• Two+ years of direct adult behavioral health experience.
• Knowledge of local resources, social determinants of health, and behavioral health.
• Familiarity with Medicare/Medicaid practices preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide biopsychosocial assessments and therapy.
• Deliver individual and group teletherapy with IVRP and co-occurring conditions.
• Lead risk stratification, adjust treatment plans, and engagement frequency.
• Coordinate care with an integrated team and care extenders.
• Conduct real-time crisis risk assessments and safety planning.
• Maintain high-integrity documentation in EMR within 24 hours.
• Engage members via multi-platform outreach and wrap-around care.
• Participate in panel management and staff huddles.
• Collaborate with caregivers and community resources.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
