Motorola Solutions is seeking a Program Manager for the West Region Infrastructure LMR ASTRO System supporting USMC operations. The role oversees program personnel, budgets, and cross-functional teams to ensure successful deployments and ongoing sustainment.

Key responsibilities include leading engineers, coordinating with sales, and ensuring DoD compliance and change management, while managing complex projects and global collaborations within a secure, high-visibility environment.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of project management experience or military experience.
• US citizenship with ability to obtain DoD security clearance.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely.

Responsibilities

• Oversee program personnel and support staff and manage the West Region Infrastructure LMR ASTRO System.
• Coordinate with Motorola Sales, proposals, budgets, and DoD change management processes.
• Lead engineers, system managers, cybersecurity leads, and other stakeholders to deliver lifecycle sustainment.
