Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking a seasoned Program Manager to oversee the West Region Infrastructure LMR ASTRO System for the USMC, managing personnel, budgets, and client relations. The role emphasizes executive leadership, strategic planning, and cross-functional collaboration across DoD and Motorola teams.

You will drive proposals, ensure DoD compliance, coordinate system upgrades, and maintain lifecycle sustainment across global projects while maintaining high security and performance

Qualifications

• 6+ years of Project Management experience or Military experience.
• U.S. citizenship with ability to obtain required security clearance.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely is required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and administer the ASTRO System for the USMC Enterprise LMR system.
• Manage program personnel, budget, and milestones; coordinate with Sales, engineers and DoD stakeholders.
• Lead proposals, performance metrics, and contractual compliance; manage DoD changes and acceptances.
• Coordinate worldwide projects, system upgrades, and lifecycle maintenance; ensure information security and IA compliance.
• Direct daily operations, risk management, and reporting; communicate with customers and partners.
