Job summary

Motorola Solutions seeks an experienced Program Manager to lead the West Region Infrastructure LMR ASTRO System supporting the USMC. You will oversee program personnel, budgets, pre/post-sale opportunities, and liaise with DoD customers, partners, and leadership to ensure successful execution and lifecycle sustainment.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of Project Management experience or Military experience.
• U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain security clearance.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience managing large enterprise IT systems and DoD projects.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the ASTRO System program for USMC enterprise LMR and DoD interfaces.
• Lead program personnel, budgeting, proposals, and contract management.
• Coordinate with Sales, engineers, and DoD customers; ensure DoD compliance.
• Manage lifecycle planning, system upgrades, and worldwide project execution.
• Provide executive-level reports, briefings, and documentation.
