Job summary

Motorola Solutions seeks a Program Manager for the West Region Infrastructure LMR ASTRO System to supervise program personnel, coordinate with the USMC PMO, and drive ongoing system upgrades and sustainment. The role focuses on budgeting, contracts, and cross-functional leadership across engineers, cybersecurity, and support staff.

The ideal candidate brings 6+ years in project management or military settings, strong DoD collaboration experience, and exceptional communication skills to deliver

Qualifications

• 6+ years of Project Management experience or military experience
• Experience managing large enterprise IT systems and working with DoD or government stakeholders
• Ability to manage budgets, contracts, and cross-functional teams in a high-security environment

Responsibilities

• Oversee program personnel and support staff.
• Coordinate with Sales to align program tasks and opportunities.
• Manage pre- and post-sale opportunities, proposals, budgets, and milestones.
• Lead engineers, system managers, cybersecurity leads, and other specialists.
• Ensure DoD change management processes and regulatory compliance.
• Communicate with customers, partners, USMC, and DoD stakeholders.
• Direct system upgrades, lifecycle planning, and asset management.
