Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking an experienced Program Manager to oversee the West Region Infrastructure LMR ASTRO System for the USMC, including personnel leadership, budgeting, and coordination with sales and engineering teams. The role requires managing DoD change processes, system upgrades, and cross-functional collaboration with customers, partners, and government agencies.

Remote within the United States with 35% travel is expected.

Qualifications

• Extensive executive management experience and handling large enterprise IT systems.
• Strong interpersonal communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience coordinating with DoD/USMC and government agencies.

Responsibilities

• Oversee program personnel, budgets and staff to ensure project milestones are met.
• Coordinate with Sales, engineering, and contractors to manage proposals and contracts.
• Ensure DoD change management, cybersecurity compliance, and system upgrades.
• Lead and direct project managers and teams across global projects.
