Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking a Program Manager to oversee the West Region Infrastructure LMR ASTRO System for the USMC. You will manage personnel, coordinate with the sales team, and drive pre/post-sale opportunities, budgets, and project milestones while ensuring DoD cyber and IA compliance.

The role requires executive leadership, strong communication, and the ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders across DoD, Motorola, and customers. Travel up to 50% and remote work within the U.S.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of Project Management experience or Military experience.
• U.S. citizen with ability to obtain security clearance.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely.
• Willingness to travel 25–50%.

Responsibilities

• Oversee program personnel and support staff for the USMC LMR SYSTEM.
• Coordinate with Motorola Sales, USMC PMO, and internal teams.
• Manage budgets, proposals, and contract requirements.
• Lead system upgrades, DoD change management, and lifecycle sustainment.
