Job summary

Motorola Solutions seeks a Program Manager to oversee the West Region Infrastructure LMR ASTRO System supporting the USMC enterprise. You will manage program personnel, budgets, and vendor relationships, coordinating with the Sales team and DoD stakeholders to deliver upgrades and sustainment.

The role requires executive communication, strong planning, and proven PM experience, including DoD processes and information assurance. This position is remote within the U.S. with travel 25–50%.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of Project Management experience or military experience.
• U.S. citizenship with ability to obtain necessary security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee program personnel and support staff and manage the West Region Infrastructure LMR ASTRO System.
• Coordinate with Sales and Government customers, manage budgets and proposals, and ensure DoD compliance.
• Lead engineers, system managers, cybersecurity leads, and procurement personnel to deliver upgrades and sustainment.
• Drive lifecycle planning, system upgrades, and worldwide project execution.
