Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking a seasoned Program Manager to lead the West Region Infrastructure LMR ASTRO System for the USMC enterprise. You will oversee personnel, budgets, and schedules, coordinating with the Motorola Sales team and DoD stakeholders to deliver on-time, compliant, and secure system upgrades and lifecycle support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
• Minimum 6+ years of program/project management experience.
• Experience managing large enterprise IT systems with DoD or government contracts preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the USMC West Region Infrastructure LMR ASTRO system.
• Lead program personnel and support staff; coordinate with Sales, engineering, and external customers.
• Ensure DoD change management processes are followed; manage budgets, schedules and risks.
• Coordinate with internal Motorola teams and external partners to meet contractual requirements and milestones.
• Provide executive-level communication, documentation, and briefings; lead continuous improvement efforts.
