Job summary

Zetron is seeking a Program Manager to lead a statewide public safety communications and managed services contract from our US base. You will coordinate Zetron personnel, subcontractors, and customer stakeholders to meet contractual, service, and financial targets.

The role requires strong cross-functional leadership and frequent collaboration with senior leaders. You will act as the primary customer-facing representative for program execution, manage risks and changes, oversee budgets, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred in business, sciences or related field.
• 7+ years of program management experience in telecom/tech environments.
• PMI/PRINCE2/PMP-type certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate cross-functional delivery teams to align program activities.
• Maintain integrated program plans, schedules, priorities, and metrics.
• Monitor program performance and implement corrective actions for schedule/cntrt.
• Serve as primary customer-facing representative for program execution.
• Coordinate communications among Zetron teams, subcontractors, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Prepare and maintain program status reports and dashboards.
• Identify financial risks and opportunities; support revenue and cost targets.
• Travel up to 30% within the Americas and internationally as required.
• Support procurement, contracting, and change management throughout the lifecycle.
