Job summary

Zetron, a Codan Company, is seeking a Program Manager to lead a statewide public safety communications program. You will coordinate Zetron teams, subcontractors, and customer stakeholders to ensure contractual obligations, service levels, and financial targets are achieved.

The role requires strong leadership, risk management, and customer-facing accountability. The ideal candidate has 7+ years in program or senior project management within telecom or technology, PMP or equivalent certification

Responsibilities

• Manage large, complex technology deployment or managed service programs.
• Coordinate cross-functional delivery teams to align program activities.
• Maintain integrated program plans, schedules, and performance metrics.
• Monitor performance and implement corrective actions for schedule, cost, quality or service delivery.
• Prepare program status reports, dashboards, and financial tracking.
• Identify and mitigate risks, issues, and changes throughout the program lifecycle.
• Collaborate with Finance and Operations on budgets, forecasts and revenue performance.
