Zetron, Inc. is seeking a Central Solutions Sales Manager & North East Solutions Sales Manager to lead complex solution sales of integrated communications technology for public safety and other mission-critical markets from Redmond, WA.

You will own the full sales cycle and build trusted relationships across assigned regions. Responsibilities include consultative selling across Zetron's portfolio—radio dispatch, LMR, IP networking, GIS/mapping, CAD and more—while coordinating bids, pricing, and

Qualifications

10+ years of high-performing technical or solution sales experience in mission-critical markets.
Deep knowledge of mission-critical communications platforms; IP networking/LMR/telephony preferred.

Responsibilities

Own the full sales cycle from targeting to contract closure to meet revenue goals.
Build territory strategy across public safety and government sectors.
Develop relationships with public-safety leaders and decision-makers.
Lead consultative, solution-based selling across Zetron's portfolio including radio dispatch, LMR, IP networking, GIS/mapping, CAD.
Coordinate proposals, pricing, and responses to RFIs/RFPs to win projects.
