Job summary

Sinch is seeking a Program Manager II to oversee multiple complex emergency services projects, driving product development and technical innovation. You will collaborate with network planning, product management, and other stakeholders to ensure timely, high-quality delivery aligned with business goals.

Ideal candidates will have strong program management skills, experience with 911/NG911 operations, and familiarity with PSAPs, FCC regulations, and telecom infrastructure.

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of experience in program management or an advanced degree with related work.
Strong knowledge of E911/NG911 technologies and services.
Familiarity with public safety standards, FCC regulations, and call routing environments.

Responsibilities

Lead and coordinate multiple projects supporting 911, NG911, public safety, telecommunications, or emergency services programs.
Deliver complex technical programs within scope, schedule, and budget.
Develop and maintain detailed program plans with timelines, milestones, resources, and dependencies.
