Eliassen Group is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead a large-scale Print and Mail Operations transformation, overseeing a move from internal facilities to a strategic third-party vendor while preserving customer service and regulatory compliance.

In this remote-friendly, full-time role, you will drive onboarding, risk management, and knowledge transfer, and you will manage ongoing vendor performance and digital transformation to reduce paper and improve customer experience.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in program or delivery management, operations leadership, or similar roles.
• Experience leading large-scale transformations, outsourcing, or vendor transitions.
• Experience managing third-party vendors and service delivery.
• Strong governance, KPI setting, and executive reporting experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the migration of print and mail operations to a strategic third-party vendor.
• Develop and execute a transition roadmap with timelines and risk management.
• Coordinate facility shutdown activities with minimal disruption to customers and operations.
• Capture institutional knowledge from retiring staff and subject matter experts.
• Establish governance structures and executive reporting across the program lifecycle.
• Drive cross-functional coordination among Operations, Technology, Product, Compliance, Customer Experience, and Vendor teams.
• Manage vendor performance against SLAs, quality targets, and production schedules.
• Ensure timely delivery of customer communications generated from core banking systems.
• Lead operational reviews, issue resolution, and continuous improvement.
