Eliassen Group is seeking a Program Manager to lead a large-scale Print and Mail Operations transformation. You will oversee the transition of high-volume print and mail from internal facilities to a strategic third-party vendor while maintaining customer service, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence.

This remote, full-time role requires 8+ years in program management and strong vendor management, with a focus on digital transformation to reduce paper and improve customer experience.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in Program Management or related field.
• Experience leading large-scale transformations, outsourcing, or vendor transitions.
• Experience managing third-party vendors and service delivery organizations.
• Strong understanding of production operations, process improvement, and governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead migration of print and mail operations to a strategic third-party vendor.
• Develop and execute a comprehensive transition roadmap with timelines and milestones.
• Coordinate facility shutdown activities with minimal disruption to customers.
• Capture institutional knowledge from retiring team members and SMEs.
• Establish governance structures and executive reporting across the program lifecycle.
• Drive cross-functional coordination among Operations, Technology, Product, Compliance, and Vendor teams.
• Manage vendor performance against SLAs and production schedules.
• Ensure timely delivery of customer communications from core banking systems.
