Eliassen Group is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead a large-scale Print & Mail Operations transformation. This remote, permanent role oversees transitioning high-volume print/mail to a strategic third-party vendor while maintaining customer service, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence.

The role entails vendor onboarding, roadmap development, governance, and ongoing management of service delivery, with a strong focus on digital transformation and customer experience.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in Program Management or Delivery Leadership.
• Experience leading large-scale transformations and outsourcing/vendor transitions.
• Experience managing third-party vendors and service delivery organizations.
• Strong understanding of production operations, process improvement, and governance.
• Proven ability to manage complex cross-functional programs with multiple stakeholders.
• Experience developing executive presentations and steering-committee communications.
• Preferred: experience in print/mail/document services or customer communications management.

Responsibilities

• Lead migration of print and mail operations to a strategic third-party vendor.
• Develop and execute a transition roadmap with timelines, milestones, risk management, and communications.
• Coordinate facility shutdown activities with minimal disruption to customers and operations.
• Capture institutional knowledge from retiring experts.
• Establish governance structures and executive reporting across the program lifecycle.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration among Operations, Technology, Product, Compliance, CX, and Vendor teams.
• Manage vendor performance against SLAs and production schedules.
• Ensure timely delivery of customer communications generated from core banking systems.
• Lead operational reviews, issue resolution, and continuous improvement.
