Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities to increase efficiency, improve service levels, and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Develop strategies to realize improvement opportunities and align resources with business objectives.
• Manage multiple projects through the full lifecycle including requirements, design, planning, testing, deployment and go-live.
• Maintain governance and documentation to support controlled, low-risk implementation approaches.
• Provide leadership and communicate project status to stakeholders via summaries, dashboards, and reports.
• Negotiate resources, resolve issues, mitigate risks, and align across teams including vendors.
• Lead cross-functional meetings for design sessions, governance reviews, testing, and readiness discussions.
• Translate complex technical concepts into actionable guidance for diverse stakeholders.
• Define and track project success metrics and business value realization.
