Job summary

Centene Management Company LLC is seeking a remote Implementation Manager to lead the end-to-end deployment of technology solutions for Utilization Management, translating business and clinical requirements into scalable, well-governed systems.

You will drive delivery from design through go-live and post-launch stabilization, partnering with clinical, operational, and IT teams to ensure configurations are tested, adopted, and maintained.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, related field, or equivalent.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• 5+ years project implementation, product or program management experience.
• Managed care or prescription benefit management experience preferred.
• Strong project management, analytical skills, and high attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementation of technology solutions for Utilization Management.
• Plan, organize, monitor, and lead multiple concurrent projects.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across clinical, operational, and IT.
• Define project plans, budgets, resources, and go-live activities.
• Provide status updates with executive summaries, dashboards and reports.
