You will manage multiple projects through design, go-live, and stabilization, with emphasis on governance, risk management, and stakeholder communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
• 5+ years of project implementation, product, or program management experience.
• Managed care or prescription benefit management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project implementations across clinical, operational, and IT teams.
• Develop project plans, schedules, and resource allocation while managing budgets.
• Communicate project status with executives using dashboards and reports.
