Centene Corporation is seeking a remote Implementation Manager to lead end-to-end technology deployments for Utilization Management in the United States. You will drive design, testing, deployment, and post-launch stabilization, coordinating with clinical, operational, and IT teams to ensure scalable, well-governed system implementations.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, related field; master’s preferred.
• 5+ years of project implementation, product or program management experience.
• Managed care or prescription benefit management experience preferred.

• Plan, organize, monitor, oversee and lead multiple, concurrent projects utilizing cross-functional teams to deliver defined requirements and meet strategic objectives.
• Lead end-to-end implementation of technology solutions supporting Utilization Management from design through go-live and post-launch stabilization.
• Provide status updates through executive summaries, dashboards, and reports to support decision-making and prioritization.
