Job summary

Centene Corporation is seeking an experienced Implementation Manager to lead end-to-end technology deployments for Care Management across the United States. This remote role coordinates clinical, operational, and IT teams to ensure configurations, testing, and adoption meet business objectives.

Qualified candidates will have 5+ years in project implementation or program management, a Bachelor's degree in a related field, and preferably a Master's degree.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project implementation, product or program management experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, related field, or equivalent experience.
• Master's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities to increase efficiency, improve service levels, ensure regulatory compliance, and advance technology-enabled process improvements through enterprise solutions.
• Develop strategies to realize improvement opportunities, and support objectives through scalable technology and workflow transformation.
• Manage multiple projects through full lifecycle: requirements, design, plans, resources, budget, testing, go-live, and stabilization.
• Lead cross-functional meetings, governance reviews, testing activities, and implementation readiness discussions.
• Define and track project success metrics, outcomes, and business value realization to ensure adoption and scalability.
