Job summary

Centene Corporation is seeking a highly skilled Implementation Manager to lead end-to-end technology deployments in Utilization Management. This remote US role partners with clinical, operational, and IT teams to ensure requirements are translated into scalable, well-governed system deployments from design through go-live and post-launch stabilization.

Applicants should have 5+ years in project implementation or program management, with experience in managed care or prescription benefit

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field; Master’s preferred.
• 5+ years of project implementation, product or program management experience.
• Managed care or prescription benefit management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities to increase efficiency, improve service levels, ensure regulatory compliance and advance tech-enabled process improvements.
• Develop strategies to realize improvement opportunities and align resources with business objectives.
• Manage multiple projects through full lifecycle: requirements, design, schedules, resources, budgets, configuration, testing, deployment and go-live.
• Lead cross-functional meetings and governance reviews to meet stakeholder expectations and company objectives.
• Translate complex technical concepts and risks for diverse stakeholder groups and act as a trusted advisor.
• Define and track success metrics, outcomes and business value realization for scalable adoption.
