Job summary

Centene Corporation is seeking an implementation manager to lead end-to-end technology deployments supporting Utilization Management. This remote US-based role partners across clinical, operational, and IT teams to ensure configurations, testing, adoption, and go-live success.

Qualifications

• 5+ years project implementation, product or program management experience.
• Managed care or prescription benefit management experience preferred.
• Strong project management, analytical skills, and high attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities to increase efficiency, improve service levels, ensure regulatory compliance, and advance technology-enabled process improvements through enhanced operations and implementation of enterprise solutions.
• Develop strategies to realize improvement opportunities, ensure prioritization and resource alignment, and support business objectives through scalable technology and workflow transformation initiatives.
• Manage multiple projects through full lifecycle: requirements gathering, design, plans, resources, budget, configuration, testing, deployment, and go-live.
• Utilize PM tools to establish governance, support controlled, low-risk implementations, and maintain documentation with action items, risks, and readiness materials.
• Provide leadership and communicate project status to stakeholders, including executive summaries, dashboards, and reports.
