Job summary

Centene Corporation is seeking an implementation manager to lead end-to-end technology deployments in Utilization Management, translating clinical requirements into scalable, governed systems. This remote US role partners with clinical, operational and IT teams to ensure configuration, testing and adoption from design through go-live and stabilization.

Applicants should have 5+ years in project implementation or program management, with preference for managed care or PBM experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years project implementation, product or program management experience.
• Managed care or prescription benefit management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities to increase efficiency, improve service levels, ensure regulatory compliance.
• Develop strategies to realize improvement opportunities, ensure prioritization and resource alignment, and support objectives through scalable tech and workflows.
• Manage multiple projects through the full lifecycle: gather requirements, design solution, plan, resource, budget, configure, test, deploy and go-live.
• Utilize PM tools to establish governance, and support controlled, low-risk implementations.
• Maintain detailed project docs including actions, issues, risks, metrics, test plans and readiness materials.
• Provide status updates to stakeholders with executive summaries, dashboards and reports.
