Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in program management or similar leadership roles in non-profit sector.
• Proven track record delivering complex remote programs with measurable impact.

• Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee strategic planning, execution, and evaluation of multiple remote charitable programs.
• Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Monitor program performance and generate reports on KPIs and impact metrics.
• Foster relationships with remote team members, partners, and stakeholders across locations.
