Placements24 is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead a fully remote team driving strategic initiatives across the organization. You will own end-to-end planning, execution, and closure of projects, coordinating with dispersed stakeholders and ensuring on-time delivery.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years of project management experience, strong remote leadership, and proficiency with Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methods.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive experience in project management with remote teams.
• PMP or equivalent certification is highly desirable.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience with Agile, Scrum and Waterfall methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end project lifecycle for strategic initiatives in a fully remote capacity.
• Develop and manage detailed project plans, including scope, objectives, resource allocation, timelines, and budgets, using virtual tools.
• Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among geographically dispersed project teams and stakeholders.
• Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues within a remote work context.
• Monitor project progress, performance metrics, and budget adherence, providing regular updates to leadership.
• Ensure adherence to project management best practices and organizational standards in all remote project endeavors.
