Job summary

Convergint is seeking a full-time Program Manager to set up and manage programs for one or more global/enterprise accounts. You will coordinate internal and external communications, lead multiple teams, and drive customer satisfaction and account growth.

You will build client relationships, deploy standard processes, and ensure governance and uptime across locations, regions, and partners. This role emphasizes leadership and delivery excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field; PMI certification desirable.
• Minimum 5 years of operations or project management experience.
• PMI certification desirable; valid driver's license is required.

Responsibilities

• Act as single point of coordination for accounts and provide regular proactive communications.
• Build relationships with key stakeholders and translate client needs to Convergint teams.
• Deploy standard processes to achieve internal efficiencies and align multi-location execution.
• Document and maintain account specifics in a co-authored playbook.
• Ensure adherence to customer standards, code requirements, and regulations.
• Manage and coordinate operational aspects of enterprise engagements; oversee governance.
• Lead and mentor teams; escalate issues to leadership when needed.
• Deliver business reviews and connect services with client technical teams.
